  Great shackles but boxes arrived with 4 holes and needs to be shipped in another box so that won't happen and not in it's own box. Good thing nothing got lost from inside. Seller apologize because it was shipped late. Also the rubber pieces were red and not black like in the listing pictures.

  The crossbars that I received were 53 inches overall as described, but unfortunately the wrong size for my vehicle as they could not be adjusted all the way down to 37 inches and still allow access to the nuts that lock them onto the roof rails. I took pictures and sent them to the seller explaining that they did not fit as they were guaranteed to. The seller gave me a full refund. I can’t say how many stars for the bars, but 5 stars for excellent customer service.
