Seller said to let me know as soon as package arribe and never did, item relisted to sell again. Without having the courtesy to let me know. I paid for the shoes technically I’m the owner. I just needed to pay again for shipping. seller didn’t let me know she got the item. I just got refunded. Customer service not good. . “Truly care for you” I don’t think so…
