    We have not used the printer cartridges yet so cannot give a rating for quality or condition. However, the items did ship fast and were good priced. The appearance was not what was shown on eBay as the ad shows the 4-pack coming in a separate box and the a blackXL cartridge coming in its own box. Instead, both items came in 1 box which caused confusion as we thought the 2nd item was missing. However, when we opened the 1 box, 5 cartridges in yellow plastic with no labels were in there.

    Nicely packed and fast shipment. The toners work good. But,the toners you sent were not what was pictured on the web site. The brand was not what you showed on your ad. I am hoping they will last as long as your ad claims - A High Output - nowhere on the boxes that you sent, was the wording saying it is the high output cartridges.
