  Following my purchase, seller reached out to say that the last piece of product I ordered was "damagaed" and couldn't be shipped. I ordered two tubes of toothpaste and when I asked if one was able to be shipped, I received no response. Hours later (and currently), it can be seen that the seller relisted the items I purchased at a higher price. I inqured again but they provided no response. What a disappointment that one could act so imorally over a few extra bucks on toothpaste. Shame on you.

  Customer received item and initiated request under guise of "no longer needed". Reached out to customer to inquire about issues before return, multiple times and customer did not respond. Received full refund and a coupon to use as compensation. Price of item has remained the same since her purchase.
