  Seller was not truthful in the description of item that I purchased. Description stated numerous times that the ornaments were blue and white porcelain. I received wood cut outs with paper blue and white pictures glue onto the wood. Seller was also a poor communicator, closed my request for a refund without providing me with a refund. Buyers beware of this seller. I was total cheated by this seller.

  Didn't think to check if it was "hard or soft", it's soft... thot usps delivered it somewhere else, but it was folded up for shipping less than magazine size and in my condo mailbox. nuts. would have preferred heavy cardboard inserts in the sides, do your research they say! arrived quick, otherwise as described, no complaints for service!
