I messaged seller and got response 2 days later (because of holidays) and reassured me that missing item would be sent out. They sent me tracking info next day and the item arrived meticulously packaged and plant looked happy and healthy. Very honest seller!

    The tree box when delivered was torn and damaged. Some of the leaves of the tree were sticking out of the packaging. Upon removing the tree, luckily it wasn't damaged. Your packaging needs to improve. The tree looks as described, very healthy.

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I ordered this tree and after it got into my state, it vanished. USPS had no answers as to where it went so I messaged the seller asking to purchase another tree. The seller was kind enough to ship another tree to me free of charge and I received it just a few days later. It's in perfect condition and it's beautiful. I'll definitely be purchasing from this seller again. Thank you!
