    Loved these frames! Packaging was great and items arrived intake. There were some issues with shipping but seller kept me informed. Only thing was the glass on the frames was dirty but a quick fix. Would def buy from them again!

    Your pkg was shipping within 24 hrs of purchase. USPS slowness I CANNOT CONTROL. Pkg arrived SAFELY, unbroken. I DO CLEAN glass prior to photo and listing as it is NOT MY POLICY to send out dirty items. My apologies if they were not up to standards. You never contacted me with your concerns and yet left neutral feedback, why? Would have appreciated contact first to work things out. Disappointing. Always happy to refund, full, partial, Always happy to work with customers since 2004.
