    The Battery I received was not the 80v 4Ah as what was advertised. And despite the item being shipped within a reasonablle amount of time, and being well packaged, sadly what I actually received was a battery with only a 2Ah capacity. When I notified the seller, with photographs of the error, they promptly replied within 24hrs. and provided the return shipping information needed. And once they received the returned battery, I was given a full refund.
