    unit was advertized as new, but was used!! soap bottle was half full, and unit was dirty, box was a mess! seller would not refund anything!!

    This is a total lie, we sent you a new product and after you complained we offered you a full refund contingent on you sending us the product back, which you refused to do, stating that you had "torn the packaging, etc." This is prime example of a buyer wanting an already heavily discounted item, for nothing! And on top of that they wanted to keep the product without paying for it.
