Seller sent me used incorrect breakers. When I reached out for a return he was rude and says he only sent one (although the history shows 2). And then says they were brand new and correct but you can see where they are used. Plenty of other sellers on eBay so I would avoid this one.

I offered to pay for return label and refund you, but you declined. THEY ARE NEW TAKE-OFFS, as stated. They have been taken off a new panelboard that was unused and there will be a ring around the metal mount. I did not think I was rude.
