    I had a poor experiance with a refurb laptop from another seller and returned it. This one listed as open box but the one I got was still factory sealed in the manufacturer packaging. Loaded all updates on startup. A brand new never used laptop at a great price. Got this to run a Smartrace app for our slot car race track. Works great.     Shipment was double boxed. Outer box was not in good condition and had been opened. Item was packaged very well in manufactures box which was in good condition. Product itself is in like new condition. I have booted it up and have not seen any problems. A very good price for what I received and I shop very competitively. Usually to the extreme.
