I've ordered another recently and it came in an envelope with some bubble wrap. Like they don't know it's a fragile item. it didn't even have a fragile sticker or no not stack on sticker was ridiculous. but u smartly used a box which was good or this comment woulda been ruff one for u guys but same as before it was good this time with quality laptop that works great for me. I appreciate u and ur workers and will b back again ofcourse.👍
- l***o (194)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe seller sent the 2 of 3 laptops with signs of heavy use and abuse though the condition said that had small scratches and light marks or dents, and those 2 had a grey decal poorly installed around the keyboard that was not seen in any of the item pictures. As we discussed via messages, we offered a full return of the items. You advised you did not want to return the items and instead suggested a partial refund, which you were given. With regard to the chargers, we requested you return the incorrect ones and we would send over the correct ones. Prior to hearing back from you, the correct chargers were sent out on 8/30 and ebay sent you the tracking. ETA is today. 1ZAC98180328997457
