    Packaged safely, no scuffs, had one small issue with the battery which the seller resolved efficiently and in a friendly manner. Would definitely purchase from this seller again, trustworthy and high quality products, excellent customer service. They shipped quickly, but it was delayed due to snow storms, not their fault. Item as described or better (minus the battery issue which they resolved), and was an extremely good price to value ratio.

The carrier decided to send the item to Puerto Rico instead of NC but this was totally out of the seller's control and they were responsive to my concerns. Packed well and arrived undamaged despite its detour. Good value for what appears to be a new item. Just an FYI to the seller, you purchased signature delivery but the item was simply left at the house without requiring the signature. 5 stars
