  Item received was not as described in words or pics. Seller wanted me to cut a thread from the bear. I refused to “fix” it. Seller finally agreed to replace it. I returned bear via priority mail. I’ve repeatedly contacted seller but no response. I’d opened a complaint but seller was allowed to close it. Now almost 30 days after seller received my return there is no bear. I’m out almost $200.
