My wife picked out this particular faucet at Lowe’s, but I had hoped to find it a little cheaper online. That’s exactly what I did. The exact faucet we wanted for about half the price, just because the box was badly damaged. The faucet was new as described, and unharmed despite the damage on the box as described by seller. I received 2, neither of which had the Ag+ cartridge (to disinfect the water). Both boxes opened, plastic bag containing the Ag+ removed, then returned to box without Ag+; each box was resealed. My discussions with the seller indicate that he was unaware of the problem, but I never heard a final resolution to his investigation of his stock. At the very least, they're not "new". They did both work, so I kept them. The Ag+ cartridges are sold on Amazon for $10 (amzn<dot>to/49vOWSd). OK value.

While unit was new (as described) and palletized well for shipment, shipping cost seemed excessively high. Seller was dismissive of my concerns regarding cost of shipping, instead referring me to the list price of the stacker. (Remember when beehives of blank CDs would sell here for $0.01 plus $29.99 shipping?) In short, seller could have been more courteous and treated me with more dignity as a buyer (and an IT engineer of 40+ years experience).
