  I purchased two of these bike bags but decided to return them because my teens said they weren't user friendly and they couldn't use them. I initiated a return but the post office said the return label didn't allow me to use the same box that they pouches were mailed to me in. I found that extremely odd. I had to purchase a large envelope to return them in. Needless to say, I never received a refund because the seller says the envelope was opened. I was set up for failure as I don't have receipt

  We’re sorry to hear this. The return received was an empty envelope with no products inside, which was documented with USPS. Without returned items, we could not issue a refund. We followed eBay policy and offered assistance, but unfortunately, the situation was out of our control.
