    I ordered two of these mugs, but TREASUREWARES only had one left by the time my order got to them. They called me twice trying to resolve this problem. I didn't pick up, but their voice message was very concerned and very nice. I responded with an eBay message to say "No problem. Just send the remaining mug." They did and they took a few dollars off its price for my trouble. It arrived the next day, well packaged. Great service, wonderful people. THANK YOU, DONNA & JOHN

    Well packaged, fast shipping, and the plates look brand new although they were sold as used. As the seller described, they may have been displayed plates and not actually used. I already had have three same plates, so wanted to add two to make it a set of five. Good value. And I loved a little message sheet inserted in the package. Plates are exactly as described, and even though your vendor listing stated they were "used".... it appears they were most likely on display in someone's china cabinet as they are in excellent " like new" condition.
