This purchase did not go as planned but because of the excellent communication back & forth, I MUST give the seller a positive review! Very soon after my purchase the seller let me know that as they were getting ready to ship there was obviously something moving in the box. Instead of messing around they opened it to find broken pieces. They immediately contacted me to let me know, apologize, and refund the whole cost. That allowed me to look at other choices. I recently purchased an item from this seller and overall, my experience was quite positive. The seller was very accommodating in fulfilling my request to send the item to Texas, despite my living in Connecticut. I truly appreciate their willingness to help make that happen. However I had mentioned that the item was intended as a gift, but unfortunately, it arrived uncovered, which ruined the surprise.
