Great Seller! Fast Shipping! Great scenery DVD for exercising indoors on cold and rainy days. Like the springtime set to music bonus. DVD is in excellent condition and comes in a nice case. There are no chapter selections for each season, so if you want to start it in another season for a shorter exercise session than you will need to fast forward to that season. They have a season title at the start of each season so it's easy to see when each season starts so that you can begin playback.
