Welcome to Trādfort! I 've long had an admiration for well designed and high quality products since I was a child. This appreciation led me to my first job at Nordstroms which is renowned for their extraordinary customer service and choice apparel where I worked and trained for several years. Having been born and raised in Portland OR, sustainability has been built into my DNA. All of this has culminated in my decision to hand pick gently used products to offer to you here, such as high quality clothes, shoes, electronics, housewares, and sporting goods that come from the region where I now live in a charming small mountain town in Idaho which is close to some gorgeous wild lands and tourist attractions such as Yellowstone Park, the Grand Tetons, and Jackson Hole.     Shipping had a hiccup due to faded printing label, but went the extra mile to make sure package had resent in addition to keeping me informed and finding out the cause of the delay! Packaging was more than excellent as it ensured the heavy vacuum cleaner didn't have a chance to be damaged in transit.     Seller stands behind their products. My speaker was damaged in shipping. I reached out to the seller, and he offered to either take it back at his expense for return shipping, or to send me a replacement for the part that broke.     The seller was a bit slow responding to my initial inquiry. I didn't receive response until after I place the order. From there on out, everything was perfect. The item was bubble wrapped about the the size of the unit, with corners reinforced and placed in a heavy duty box. The box arrived in a dented box, but there was no damage to the unit inside because of the grrat packing job. The item and met every criteria I had, including size, color and functionality. I would recommend this seller.
