Was not a pristine unboxed unused phone otherwise it's fine. The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.

The seller sent the wrong colour iPhone and did not, initially, respond to several e-mails about sending the wrong product. I got a response the next day after I had given up waiting for a response and had already sent the iPhone back for a refund. That said; the condition of the phone was exactly as described and I would have kept it if it had been the correct colour.
