    After an initial issue of the item not being sent promptly as noted in the posting (2 Day FedEx) and my inquiry to the Seller as to the status and them figuring out it was not sent properly, but Seller took the initiative to provide a refund for the item, without requesting the item to be returned. This proactive step to correct their error was outstanding customer service. The item later arrived and was as expected.

    I received my order from this seller and am really impressed with the packaging of the items. This End of Life Planner is excellent and great quality. I like the spiral binding because it can lay flat. It’s got a sturdy cover and the size is good. Sometimes a 8.5x11 planner gets too bulky to manage. It has tabs for easy access as well. Now I just have to put the info. in it, lol. I am following this seller. Great value and selection.
