    Perfect condition, excellent quality product. Value was double the sellers cost. Seller does not communicate. This item was not actually shipped by this seller. They buy it at half their price on Amazon then have it drop shipped to the buyer. I looked...Way cheaper on Amazon!

    Item sent didn’t match the pictured item. I won’t be buying from this seller again. Returned item, and thanks to eBay’s money back guarantee, I was refunded. I didn’t receive any response from the seller even though requesting a response. I don’t recommend this seller.

    Ordered a certain product. Different product came. Contacted the seller a few days ago and haven’t heard anything back. I would NOT have ordered from them if I knew I was getting something I don’t want. Complete false advertising. And they don’t seem to even want to respond to make it right. I’d like my money back or the correct product I ordered. This is ridiculous. I’ve included two photos. One is from their page, the actual product I ordered. The right is what I received. BY AMAZON. SHAME.

    I ordered a certain brand of hand lotion to replace the one I have been using. The 2 bottles came in a timely way & were adequately packaged. However items did not look like the picture on the listing. At first I thought the order might be wrong. But when wording & ingredients on the new bottles were compared with one I had on hand, they matched. Evidently the same product, just with an updated bottle design. To avoid confusion, seller should update the picture to match the product being sold.
