Tried to explain that the picture wasn’t my house but still no help. Only received parcel because I know my postman and he sorted it for me and found the house it was delivered to. Giving a positive because price was good and item is spot on. If I order again you might need to listen to the customers a bit more instead of automated message.

However buyer beware misleading marketing leads you into thinking you will receive 24 pairs of gloves when in fact you only receive 24 single gloves ie 12 pairs. Read the description carefully. Don't get caught out. All other sellers sell as pairs. As should The -shop-zone.

But after I sent the required proof I was offered a partial refund which was acceptable.
