    I cannot say enough positive things about this seller! I took on extra risk by asking him to ship a “local pickup” listing with a shipping label I provided. If things went wrong, it would have been my issue, and everything worked perfectly! It was well packaged in the original box and is brand new exactly as described. Amazing value as well!     The seller DID NOT send the spout The main item needed to make this cat water dispenser operational. The seller falsely advertised something that he is not actually selling. We have been sent something that is of no use to us. I do not recommend Buying from this person. I have messaged them several times showing photos of the missing item. It’s like buying a car with no wheels! It is of no use to us as it does not operate. I’ve tried to communicate with the seller to no avail.

    Shipped exactly what was advertised. Buyer refused to return item but demanded over and over for full refund for an item he refused to return. Many are using the power of negative feedback to steal and intimidate a seller. Just sad.
