  Item as described , communication could be better. Seller had “make offer” option listed, made offer and seller let offer expire, made second offer and seller let that offer expire without any communication. Could have steed the whole process if seller would have declined my offers. Shouldn’t select “make offer” option if seller doesn’t intend to entertain offers. Just saying.
