Pretty good seller. Good communication. Unfortunately this is one of the protector guards that have neon lamps in place of the incandesent bulbs, so it does not work at all. The schematic which is for the DEO Receiver Guard 2000U is close, but the units have an extra bulb which is not a lot of extra protection. I am planning to replace the neons and add a Gas discharge tube.
