  Plush was missing original packaging and tag, so unsure if it was truly new or not. Regardless, it was in good shape with no visible signs of damage. The price plus shipping was excellent. The item looks almost exactly like it was pictured, (again, minus the tag,) but seems to be of good quality. It shipped the day after I ordered it, so that was great. Overall, a positive experience, though if an item is listed as new, it should be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
