  I was so surprised that the item came earlier than expected. The item was in good condition. It was packed securely with foam all around. The seller also communicated well and always updates the me about my purchase. This is one of the best figures I have ever bought. It's value is worth the price.   Shipping info got lost a few days ago but I reviewed my item even faster than expected. No issues, item came in perfect condition and I am highly pleased. Not sure why or how the shipping info still hasn't confirmed delivery but it doesn't matter. Seller communicated with me multiple times, price was fair and I received my item quickly. I am pleased and would definitely be willing to do business with this seller again should they have another item I'm interested in. 😊

  The Scope was missing. Contacted about returning and they immediately deflected. They were condescending and even after sending pictures of the contents in the package, I was asked three times to “check the box because this doesn’t usually happen.”, even though this item is opened by the seller before shipment. After a few days of messaging back and forth they said they would offer partial refund. I gave an offer and was immediately scoffed at and low-balled by the seller. Terrible seller.

  We bought Bruticus expecting it to be JINBAO brand, but what arrived is brand Yuexing. It is smaller than jinbao. but since we are specifically buying JINBAO for our collection, contacted the seller and we agreed to do partial refund instead of return (faster to get some money back to buy a JINBAO than wait for return completion (return to China) for refund completion. Seller is communicative. Seller is recommended. If you are not particular with brand, this Yuexing brand is OK too.
