    Our shop 'Touched by Karakum' features handmade items from Turkmenistan, mostly felts and quilts, that make our lives cozy and warm. My friends and I made these with you in mind, using traditional materials from the Karakum desert, like camel or sheep wool.

It was created by the Secretariat of the Turkmenistan National Commission for UNESCO in 2018 to record and promote the traditional art of carpet making.     The seller provided hundred excuses not to use Ebay shipping options. Told me that the warehouse was in another country ( even the post says US) that's why they have to use their shipping co. The item was posted with " free expedited shipping ", I told them I would be fine with USPS priority shipping. Canceled my order with the ridiculous justification. I have to spend time again to look for something different and I have already promised my friend this item. Unbelievable.

    Apologies for this confusion... The item was at the US warehouse called deliverr.com. The last-leg delivery was supposed to be cheap, but deliverr.com showed the cost of delivery to your location (US military base) as $128. That would leave us at a big loss. We inquired with the service, but didn't hear back, before the order got cancelled by mistake. We then offered to you if we can give it a second attempt, regardless of cost of delivery, but got no reply. Very sorry to leave you dissatisfied.
