Starting August 29, 2025, we will be covering all customs duties (15%) on items shipped to the US.

Therefore, the listed price includes customs duties.

For shipments to countries outside the US, customs duties are the normal customer responsibility.

For countries outside the US, if you feel the price is too high,
we have set our offer lower than usual, so please make us an offer first.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday.

We primarily ship via FedEx between 12:00 and 17:00.

Couriers are generally closed on weekends.

Less durable items, such as boxed Famicom games and figurines, will be packed and shipped in cardboard or sturdy plastic cases.

Please note that it usually takes 4-5 days from preparation to shipping.

We do not recommend this service for impatient people, so we appreciate your understanding.
