  the seller claimed they "could not see my payment" and that is why the item was not shipped. They contacted me after the item was supposed to be delivered. I gave them proof of payment (it was made through Ebay) and opened a case to avoid any shady business. To my dismay they then cancelled the order and refunded the payment that they could not see. Buyer Beware.
