Didn't ship the ink pen in its original box. I bought it for a gift. Now I need to buy a different one. I did try to contact him to get the original box. Shipment was also combined to minimize cost to buyer with other items due to special request not originally offered. There was no need for hourly email updates as requested on a $0.99 pen. Buyer does not read auctions (even when it has only one line for a description) as the box was not included. Later shipped an additional box at no cost to buyer, to which they still were not satisfied as updates were not provided on the hour.
