    I ordered an open box item, not a big deal but, when I received the item the bottom of the collection cup was cracked. I contacted this seller and within MINUTES we had it worked out and they are shipping me a new collection cup. Top notch customer service!! You don't see that very often today but this seller believes in it! Would definitely order from them again!

    Never purchase products from this company. Their Customer Service Sucks. I purchased from this Seller a defective Checktemp 1 Digital Thermometer by Hanna Instruments. When I contacted them asking for a replacement they directed me to the manufacturer. They said it was their policy, they don't deal with defective products. I paid Top Shelf Aquatics for the unit, not Hanna instruments. The seller should not make the customer deal with the manufacturer, it should be the sellers responsibility.
