    This was shipped to me overseas. Item in perfect condition, but wrong size. I will not use size sent, as it won’t fit in my car holder which is why I purchased the size I did. Seller agreed wrong item sent, but want to give me $5.00 of my almost $35 spent! Time difference between me & seller was different, I spent time requesting a refund. Seller continued asking if I could help out by them returning small amount back, and keep wrong item. I finally gave in to $15, but very dissatisfied!

    100% a fake product! I have finally just received a full refund for 2 x 1000ml Kerastase Conditioners. I know what this product should smell like, it’s very distinctive. THIS EBAY SELLER IS SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS FROM CHINA! Do not buy from this seller. They should be ashamed! They tried to offer me a discount instead of a refund soooo many times. They also NEVER denied my accusations that is was a fake product…NOT ONCE! Be warned!!!!
