    The seller sent the wrong item, it doesn't fit my Canon c500 camera, I contacted the seller I need a prepaid shipping label and no reply back. I explained that this is the wrong item and because they don't want to reply back you, well I'm left with an item that I have to keep that I have no use for. So I'm leaving negative feedback because I'm unhappy seller not sending me the correct item that I paid for. So this negative feedback will be on their record now.
