Vendors (German) advert displayed the laptop as having a QUERTY, not German, keyboard. Laptop delivered had a German keyboard. When I contacted the vendor, they told me to read the (German) description again.... I dont understand or speak German! I relied on the image provided which I expected to be true. If Ebay allows vendors to post sample or alternative pictures of produce, they should warn purchasers.
