    Very responsive and helpful seller. Answered questions before I made the purchase and then shipped promptly after ordering. Unfortunately, it took a long time to receive the item from USPS and tracking info remained at the same last known location for a while. Seller looked into it, said local post office was experiencing delays at the time but that some other items that they shipped at the same time had continued tracking and been delivered. Seller was very kind and rectified the situation.
