  Verkäufer top i.o, gute kommunikation., leider kam erst bei der Bezahlfunktion die Importsteuer hinzu, was vorher nur schlecht zu erkennen war. Bei anderen importen/Anbietern/Angebote sieht man direkt die Endsumme. Keine Ahnung warum es bei diesem erst beim bezahlen zu sehen war. Sonst alles super. Das Problem lag eher bei der Ebay-darstellung von Ebay

  Item delivered was not reflecting what showed in the item description. Tachimeter frame delivered has two small holes in the front that were not mentioned in the description. Seller was replying that these two holes are required for the installation of an additional bottom for some specific Audi Q7 model, but wasn't my model and picture of the item didn't show them.

  Items must be compatible with two versions of Q7, one with A-off and the other without A-off .Otherwise, it will not work normally. Your request will hurt customers without A-off. After all, we cannot consider only one version of Q7.If cancel the hole as you required, the item will not work on Q7 with A-off. Are you responsible for the consequences?

  Item arrived but not instructions, screen and harnesses. Had to email him several times and I was sent pictures but nothing else. After 6 hours of having taken everything apart and guessing what goes where I couldn’t get any audio nor the audi featured on the screen. I asked for a return address and I’m sent the address in Chinese so I’m still trying to figure out where to send the unit back to. Don’t waste your time

  What？I aready send you manual installation instruction picture and also instruction for original system，and you said that no audio ，then i tell you how to activate aux or ami function.And you no want it anymore ,then i provide the return address to you .As a seller ,how can we help you ?
