  The item received was not as shown in pictures which we negotiated with the seller to refund us which they did after shipping back the wrong item with a prepaid shipping tag they provided. We ended having to purchase the correct model stepper motor driver at a much higher cost and delayed shipping due to CanadaPost strike. This has caused us a maintenance delay with the CNC client.
