  Amazing customer service. Prompt and quick actions and responses. The machine came as an open box, however it was never used. Unfortunately the shipper damaged the rear axle which bent so rear wheels were unable to stay attached. I ordered new bearings, caps and axle and they refunded me for parts and labor and machine is working wonderfully. They keep their word and take care of you no matter what happens will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Also, I'm no bot!

  Seller sent me something entirely different than what I ordered and also the wrong brand at that. I sent them a message about it but I'm not even gonna wait that long for a response or actions on their part because considering other similar negative feedback, they're not gonna right it so I'd be wasting my time. Anyway, this seller really sucks but luckily I didn't pay that much for the item I received. Still a real nuisance tho
