  Good news and bad news - the bad news is the item didn't work properly. The good news is the seller was super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and made this as painless as possible! I do believe it worked fine when he tested it, because at times it worked for me as well. The item was exactly as described, it was wrapped well for shipping, and he answered my questions and concerns promptly. It sucks that I had to return it but he made it easy.
