  I received the item damaged due to insufficient packaging. Collectibles retain value not only by their contents but also by the quality of its presentation. I've sent messages and pictures regarding this issue and got no response. I requested a return but still no acknowledgment. While I did get an offer for a partial refund, there was no communication or apology from the seller. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail. Would not recommend based on this experience.
