  I really wish I could say I was happy with my purchase, but unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed. The Labubu box arrived poorly packed, and while the outer box is authentic, the six individual boxes inside were not authentic (even though the post says they are). None of them had the QR code used to verify authenticity, which is concerning. A few of the boxes were smashed during delivery due to the lack of proper packaging. I've reached out to the seller & will be returning for a refund.

  The return process was just as frustrating as the purchase. The seller waited until the very last day required by eBay to respond, & only then reached out with an apology for the “bad shopping experience” & agreed to accept the return. But instead of making it simple, they made it needlessly complicated. They asked me to cover the return shipping costs upfront, send the shipping invoice, & provide a PayPal account along with screenshots proving that I paid. Seriously? So inconvenient!

  THIS ITEM WAS NOT .999 FINE SILVER AND IT DID NOT WEIGH ONE TROY OUNCE. I TOOK THE ITEM TO A RARE COIN AND PRECIOUS METAL STORE THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS IN THE AREA FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND THEY WEIGHED THEM QND VERIFIED WHAT I HAD DISCOVERED AND SAID THE ITEM AS JUST BASE METAL ROUNDS THAT WERE MADE TO DECEIVE. THE SELLER WILL NOT TAKE THIS BACK WITHOUT ME PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING AND "PROVING" THE ITEM IS A COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION. I FIND THIS SELLER TO BE CONTRARY TO THE SPIRIT OF EBAY.
