  Item was received as described. However I ordered the wrong model, this is an oval shaped ear muff , my Jabra Evolve is round shaped. Seller agrees to refund 50% due to shipping fee back to seller is extravagant. Good and Honest seller.

  The top zip on the outside of the backpack was faulty and could not be used. Therefore the use of the backpack was not possible and not fit for purpose as described. I made multiple efforts to resolve the issue with the seller. They offered partial refunds. One of their suggestions was to offer partial refund if I made efforts to find a professional repairer to fix the zip. So what is the point of buying online if I had to do that stupid suggestion.

  I never received my items as the courier company lost it in transit, but the seller was quite helpful with trying to resolve the issue and refunded me. The seller was also prompt to send the item when I ordered it, unfortunately i can't rate postage speed as i never received it. Seller 👍👍, courier company 👎👎

  Ordered artificial flowers was supposed to be 4 different colours i received only 3 different colours so contacted them to be told i was sent correct ones . Even sent them pic of barcodes and now no reply . Would not recommend this Seller . Poor communication and very poor customer service
