  Mostly it was accurately advertised. It is in good used condition as stated, but it was missing the ratcheting pawl springs. A fairly easy $12 fix for us and the purchase price was low enough to allow for something like this. The packaging left a little to be desired. It made it to us with no damage, but it had almost came through the side of the box. It needed more padding around it. Shipping was reasonable and as quick as it gets. Thanks!
