  Item arrived exactly as shown in the picture but didn't function on arrival and spent almost a week trying to get it functional before contacting seller. Contacted seller afterwards and they offered a full refund and told me to not bother sending it back. Haven't received the refund as of typing this, likely due to it still processing since based on other feedback this sellers trustworthy, but all around communication was great and they were pretty generous with their response to my issue.

  I unfortunately was having issues with the tv’s buttons not working properly and the dvd player not stopping many times, so I messaged the seller about these issues and they were quick to fix the issue. They accepted my refund request and then proceeded to offer me the refund without the trouble of having to return the tv. I am beyond grateful because I have been so busy I was worried about finding a day to take the package to the post office. Great communication and kind seller! Thankyou!

There was however an issue with the item and after reaching out regarding it the seller immediately refunded me and let me keep the item as well.
