At this point I haven’t received the item, which I could forgive, if the seller would just get back to me about the status of my purchase. It’s all crickets and I see no movement. I’ve reached out several times and I hear nothing back. I understand things get delayed but you could at least follow up, my money is tied up and I need this car part sooner rather than later. Overall I feel customer service is lacking with this seller.
