Overall positive experience. I was a bit disappointed to find that this did not fit my Kangen k8 machine. This adapter is meant to fit the size of a hose. I don’t know why they write in the description it’s for all Kangen machines. I guess some people might use a hose to connect their machine? I don’t know. Maybe I should’ve read it better. But they offered me a partial refund which I appreciated so I’m still giving them a positive review.
