    Am giving you POSITIVE experience rating so as not to detract from your business, but the way this item was packaged does not make me think it was "NEW" as advertised. Plus, there was no manual/warranty/etc or DVD disc's included (which honestly I do not need but just adds to suspicion that this was not a new item). The box was very thin, heavily damaged when arrived, and the packing materials inside look like leftover christmas wrap. White powder strewn all over item, inside box too.

    Thank you. The listing did state “ without retail packaging, and no instructions. Device only.” I thought using wrapping paper from Christmas for packing would be a great alternative to throwing it into a dumpster. 😕 you can never please everybody, but I try. I'm not sure what the white powder you mention could be, perhaps just from the paper. I am sorry you were disappointed.

    She has a hard time completing an order, sends half an order ,and the other half is something not even in the ballpark of what I have ordered-will not complete my labels, projects that were started cannot be completed now. Made it VERY CLEAR what labels I needed, a refund was given and WAS NOT ASKED FOR! Seller took the easy way out..BEWARE

    I will apologize again. Due to complete computer breakdown, I was unable to make the order successfully. I have removed all labels from my store. again apologize. I have made labels for 21 years up until now. I am as disappointed as you are.
